If you are not satisfied with our product, please return it within two weeks of receiving your order. You MUST accompany the return with your original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return postage and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.

CUSTOM FIT AND SIZING
Please make every effort to measure and get the correct size for bracelets and necklaces. For bracelets our style is a looser fit. The chunkier the link the bigger the size is going to be. For example, if you normally wear a 7 1/2", in the chunky link you would most likely wear an 8" bracelete. When you are measuring for necklaces we need to know if you are measuring at the top of the pendant or at the bottom, etc.
Jewelry Re-sizing: Once we make a bracelete or necklace, to re-size is essentially making a new piece. Therefore we accept re-sizing orders with a minimum fee of $20. It could be more depending on labor and materials. Turnaround time dependant on work load. Email for specifics. Any questions feel free to contact us prior to the request.
